Since the little pillowcase dress I made for my niece, I think I fell in love with little girl dress! Of course being a nursery leader at church also helps – those girls wear super cute dresses! I want to make some! (although I don’t have any daughters… haha)
I got a serger!!!!
I knew I wanted to make this frill sleeve top from Michiyo Ito in Cotton Friend No. 32 when I first saw the pattern – I already had a white frill sleeve top, and I wanted another one in a darker color! And this pattern is just what I want!
I was in Hong Kong for the past two weeks – not for fun – but to take out my wisdom teeth and see the “Chinese chiropractor” for my knees, arms and neck… Good thing the chiropractor was located in Sham Shui Po, an area with the most and cheapest sewing supplies in Hong Kong!! Seeing the chiropractor was not very fun because of the acupuncture and “massage” part, but I was kinda excited to go there just for the shopping part haha.
Since I’ve made several new outfits for myself already, I decided to make something for Felix.
